field trials & training

New products are given a thorough analysis and assessment by our in-house testing and field trials. NJ Phillips Market Managers also attend field trials so they can provide you with firsthand knowledge of new products. Only when we are 100% satisfied our products have achieved our high standards, they are then approved for production.
We also like to work with our customers to field test equipment before it reaches the market, as well as training your sales and marketing team about our equipment.

Within our manufacturing facility we control the entire manufacturing process, from design, to computer controlled injection moulding, tool design and fabrication, metal plating, computer controlled machining and assembly – all in our ISO 9001 environment.

We are registered as meeting the requirements of ISO9001:2008 certification.

We can arrange for your product to be sterilised or to have other treatments as per your requirement.

packaging

We have a range of options to suit everyone, from sealed plastic bags with or without header cards to cardboard or plastic boxes with adhesive labels.

graphic design

Our in-house graphic design service can provide you with artwork reflecting your current advertising style or create a new look for your product whether it be for a label, box design, header card or even a new logo. We'll even work with you to ensure that use instructions and leaflets are written in the appropriate languages for your market.

Guarantee

Each NJ Phillips precision instrument is guaranteed against defects in manufacture for 12 months, provided it has been used and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and used only with compatible products. Proof of purchase must be submitted along with any claim. The limit of this guarantee is that NJ Phillips will, at its discretion, either replace the instrument or repair the fault. NJ Phillips will not accept responsibility for repairs or maintenance that is required as a result of normal wear and tear or abuse, nor will it accept responsibility for any losses.
